Shipping and Return Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us using our Contact Form.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please note that a $10 fee applies for cancellations made before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to process a return as soon as you receive the package. Be sure to follow our return policy guidelines for the return to be accepted.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. All returns will be inspected, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any return based on the item’s condition.

How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please complete our Contact Form on our website. Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a return label at a flat fee of $30 (30€ for countries in EU), which will be billed to you.

Return Shipping: If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for the actual return shipping charges, and the $30  (30€ for countries in EU) return label fee will be billed after we receive your request.

Note: Items cannot be returned if they have been used.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged upon delivery or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We kindly ask that you choose your size carefully, as we cannot be responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.

Our sizes are linked on every product page to help you make the best choice, but please note that we cannot be responsible for orders placed in the wrong size.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
